Allergic reaction. You maybe allergic to one of these non- prescriptions since it occurs right after you ingest them. Unless you have a family history of heart disease at an early age less than 45 or you have risk factors such as hypertension, diabetes or high cholesterol there is no need to take these supplement at 23 years old.
