In brief: Height increase

Bmi is a calculation based on height and weight.
If weight is increasing, only way for bmi to decrease is to grow taller.

In brief: Not possible.

I don't believe that is mathematically possible, as the BMI is directly related to weight, and inversely related to height.
So if height is the same and weight increases, BMI would have to increase. It's math.
