In brief: Yes and No

There are many different types of pneumonia including many different bacteria, viruses and even fungus and chemicals, etc.
.. There is no vaccine to cover all forms of pneumonia. However, there are vaccines for specific types of pneumonia. Kids get Prevnar (pneumococcal vaccine) for pneumococcal type, pedvax/acthib for haemophilus type and even flu shots which prevents influenze type pneumonia.

In brief: Yes

Not for pneumonia in general but there is a vaccine against a common cause of community acquired pneumonia ( strep pneumonia that many people should get, depending on medical history and age.
