How much calcium do we need each day?

Depends on age/sex, Men up to 70 yrs need 1000mg/day; over 70, they need 1200mg/day. Women up to 50 yrs of age need 1000mg/day; over 50, women need 1200mg/day. The daily upper limit for both sexes is 2500mg/day under 50 and 2000mg/day 50 and over.
