My mother is 70 yrs old, she had a stroke 3yrs ago, sometimes she cool but sometimes @ night her legs an feet go numb. Like poor curculation in them an it gets painful. Is there anything she can do for that? Prob nerves are damaged from the stroke

Stroke, or cerebrovascular accident, can cause localized nerve anoxia (loss of oxygen) to the tissues.
This can cause immediate nerve palsy/dysfunction that can mimic a neuropathy, or actually neuropathy itself. Discuss the findings/symptoms with her neurologist (if you are able to) and discuss available treatments. Physical therapy is still the mainstay treatment with low dose of gabapentin.

You also question whether there is poor circulation - while this is a possibility it too should be examined. If someone has circulation tissues that are so bad they are causing numbness the concern is one can develop gangrene. Let her see her internist.
