In brief: Yes, lower facelift

Lower face and neck lift will not worsen dry eyes.
In fact successful mid face lifting can have a slightly beneficial effect on lower eyelid position. Brow lift and upper eyelid lift procedures, however, can create a temporary (rarely permanent) worsening of dry eyes. If your eyes are dry consider having an evaluation by an eye doctor before scheduling upper eyelid lift or brow lift surgery.

In brief: Facelift is OK

A facelift procedure will not affect dry eyes in any way.
Eyelid surgery, on the other hand, can potentially worsen dry eyes if planned or performed poorly. I hope this information is helpful. Stephen weber, M.D. Lone tree facial plastic surgeon.

In brief: Yes

A facelift procedure rejuvenates the sides of the face, cheek area and the neck area.
There is minimal effect on the lower eyelid area. However, consult with your optometrist to be evaluated for dry eyes.

In brief: Probably

The facelift should have little impact on your dry eyes however surgery to improve the eyelids frequently accompanies a facelift and anyone with dry eyes should know the condition can be worsened both temporary and permanently by eyelid surgery.
You can then make an informed decision.
