Muscle. Use of hand muscles which are small and weak with a small cross sectional area may seem important but itis nit hte most significant. Sometime calcium metabolism, swelling, fatigue , nerve compression.
Many causes. Changes in temperature (too hot or too cold), overuse, changes in ph (hyperventilation), trauma are a few of the more common things.
