Kelp, for instance, is a source of vitamins a, b1, b2, c, d and e, plus amino acids. (it can also be very salty though). Other kinds have good minerals. Nori has calcium for your bones, iron, and iodine for thyroid. Magnesium is in others, and this can be a calming mineral. A therapist can help you learn about & deal with your individual stresses.
