What can I do to address two benign brain tumors and a hole in the heart?

Depends... You need to consult a neurosurgeon about the brain tumours. Depending on the location, size and growth rate it can either be watched or may have to be removed. As for the hole in the heart the majority close by themselves or are too small to cause much problems. However if it is large or poses the risk of blood clot or infection it may need to be closed by a catheter or open heart surgery.

Not likely related. It is very unlikely a brain tumor would cause a blockage in the heart, assuming coronary artery disease is what is meant by a blockage. I do not understand "x" in the question. Sorry. Read more...
No correlation. Craneal n. Emerge directly from the brain. Only 1 and 2 emerge from cerebrum. The next 10 emerge from brain stem. 3, 5, 7 control eye movements, sensation from face, control muscle of mastication and facial expression. 10 control laryngeal/pharyngeal muscle and muscle of voice. No association with coronary blockage. Tumor location correlate with cn dysfunction. Have faith and fight the disease. Read more...

Hypochondriac from anxiety? I read symptoms of certain things online (ie. Brain tumor, heart problems, etc) and "give" myself the issue right away.

Calm down. Rest assured that most of what you are worried about are very rare in 22 year olds. As others have suggested, read about what you are worried about and it should allay your concerns, and if not consult your doctor and get a referral to a psychiatrist or psychologist to help you with the anxieties.
