I'm using 2 rotacaps for asthma (salbutamol sulphate& ipratropium bromide, fluticasino propionate& formaterol fumarate). Is the long term use safe?

Yes and no. The last drug you mentioned formaterol is a long acting beta agonist (laba). In the us, labas alone are used in treating copd. When used in asthma and to reduce their potential serious side effects, they must be combined with a steroid like fluticasone.
Yes. All the medicines that you have listed are safe for long-term use with the exception of formoterol, which belongs to a class of medications that may increase the risk of death. Check with your doctor to see if you can be maintained on fluticasone alone, and try to get on the least number of medicines that keep you well.
Generally, yes. The medicines in question are used by many many people, for short term and long term periods, and are considered safe. However, life is unpredictable, so patients work with their doctors to use the smallest amount of medicine as long as their asthma is controlled well. Usually, it is better to be on medication than to be sick with asthma symptoms (which do damage the lungs over time).
