In brief: No
Acne results from oil overproduction (often due to hormones), clogged pores, p acnes bacteria, & resultant inflammation from your immune system recognizing infection.
Effective acne treatments target these causes: benzoyl peroxide & antibiotics kill bacteria, retinoids decrease oil, salicyclic acid & retinoids unclog pores, oral contraceptives target hormones.

I would also recommend a diet rich in fruits and veggies (antioxidants), omega three fish oils and probiotics.

In brief: Vitamin deficiency
Various deficiencies can result in some skin changes, but they are not usually related to normal vitamin intake.
