Friends and family. No easy answer, . ..But support form friends, family, and hopefully the father can help greatly. Having a baby is very stressful, and the hormonal changes your body goes through only adds to that stress. If your emotions seem to be getting the best of you, let your dr. Know, as it is very common and they can help you too. (yoga and breathing exercises can help also).
Support. Tender loving care :) a supportive family, partner and friends can help pave the way towards a satisfying pregnancy. However, keeping a good schedule and doing things you enjoy (reading books, going to new places) can help prevent symptoms from emerging.
