I have an itchy bump on my lip no blister or pain so doesn't resemble a cold sore. What could it be?

Itchy lip bump. An itchy, bumpy lip can be many things, but most are not serious. Lip biting can create mucus cysts, the most common bump.
Many things. You need to see your gyn or a gyn so they can tell you exactly what it is and do the proper txment, cannot say without seeing it, if one of my pts had this i would make them come in to check it.
