In brief: Possibly

Mild fatty liver with borderline hepatomegaly is a not infrequent finding on ultrasound and is not necessarily an indicator of cirrhosis or nash (nonalcoholic steatohepatitis).
In particular with normal liver enzymes, likelihood of mild fatty liver and borderline hepatomegaly being something concerning is very low. However, you should follow up with your doctor.

In brief: Not ideal

Although radiographic findings, such as from ultrasound, can sometimes suggest the presence of cirrhosis, they are not adequately sensitive or specific for use as a primary diagnostic modality.
The major utility of radiography in the evaluation of patients with cirrhosis is in detection of complications, such as ascites, hepatocellular carcinoma, and hepatic or portal vein thrombosis.
