Eat a healthy well balanced diet! also water, organic vegetable broth, green leafy vegetables, natural pickles, apples are great to fill you up so you dont feel hungry and they are very low in calories.

Behavior modification. Educate yourself about the food choices and their caloric value by quantity . That way, once you know then it becomes automatic to stay in proper weight. In nature, you'll never see a gazelle with a scale yet they are always sleek and agile and muscular because they do the gazelle thing eat light and exersice.

The main stimulus for weight gain in about 80% of the population is over production of Insulin in response to carbohydrate intake.
