Aerobic exercise- an activity that elevates your heart rate and you can continuously do that activity-ideally for a minimum of 20 minutes but working toward a goal of 60 min 5 days per week.
Brisk walking, running, cycling, swimming, etc. Make sure you enjoy it and can have fun. Having a workout partner helps so you can motivate each other.
