If I ate road kill and got toxo, could I pass it on to my baby?

During pregnancy yes. Timeing matters when you deal with infections. If you had a new infection of any germ during pregnancy and that germ gets into your blood, you can share it with baby. If it happens before and there is no blood phase, baby may escape this germ.
Toxoplasmosis. Definitely. Toxoplasma gondii can cause severe congenital infection resulting in mental retardation and blindness.
