In brief: Focus on lifestyle

Don't focus on a number. Rather exercise regularly while pregnant and eat a healthy diet.

In brief: Depends

It depends on your weight status prior to your pregnancy more than it depends on not smoking anymore.
Usual recommendations on weight gain are between 30-35 pounds. If you are underweight you can gain a little more and if you are overweight a little less. Awesome if you quit and most people who quit do gain weight, but if you quit forever and gain more it's still better than smoking!

In brief: Varied lbs

Smoking in pregnancy is strongly frowned upon.
Baby IQ is lower, risk for complications including iugr, small baby, and abruptio placenta. Whether you smoke, you should look to gain about 20 lbs in pregnancy.
