I cannot recommend over the counter fat burners, the active ingredient in many of these products is very high dose caffiene which could cause problems.

Orlistat simply will block some dietary fat you consume.
Not sure what "fat burners" your referring to. I really don't know of any over-the -counter fat burners that live up to their claims. The best fat burner is exercise and reducing the sugary carbs.
