In brief: Lasers are better

There is no simple answer because there are so many different laser treatments available and everyone's skin is different.
In general though lasers are more effective than microdermabrasion, because laser treatments are a medical procedure while microderm is s spa procedure.

In brief: Seek consultation

A simple answer may be appropriate, but it depends on where your wrinkles are, how deep they are, and what sort of results you desire a good skin care regimen can help with skin tone and texture, as well as fine wrinkles.
Deeper wrinkles in the upper face often respond well to botox. In the lower face, peels, laser treatments or fillers may be of benefit. Your facial plastic surgeon can guide u.
