In brief: 2-3 weeks

Band and bypass patients are usually on full liquids and pureed foods for 2 weeks.
Sleeve patients usually stay on full liquids and pureed for 3 weeks. No sugar. Then solid foods with emphasis on proteins and cooked veggies.
