In brief: Not advisable

Lialda is used in the treatment of ulcerative colitis while adipex is used for the treatment of obesity.
Its not advisable taking a weight loss medication when actively treating ulcerative colitis. There is some cross over in side affects such as nausea, vomiting, headaches, anxiety and more serious side effects like chest pain and shortness of breath. These may be more magnified when taken together.
