In brief: Not too well

Alli is not well tolerated.
Many people get cramps, gas, or diarrhea. Actually better to simply avoid high fat foods and focus on veggies, protein, grains, and fruits.

In brief: Alli

Alli does not work well for most women.
The weight loss with Alli is accomplished through the decreased absorption of dietary fat. The problem with this is that most women are usually carbohydrate lovers--breads, starches, fruits, sweets-these food types can have almost no fat in them, therefore excess carb calories=more stored body fat. I have not seen many GI side effects; also little help!
