Dopamine agonists work best and include ropinorole, pramipexole, the new Neupro (rotigotine) patch.
More traditional meds have included l-dopa, and clonazepam. If you have anemia or kidney disease, better treatment of these conditions may work. Check serum ferritin as some folks may have issues with iron metabolism. Rls is occasionally associated with ms>.
