Meat and veggies
Both diabetics and celiacs would be able to tolerate protein
from meat,chicken, fish and turkey.
They both would tolerate any vegetable. As far as carbohydrates go, the celiac prevents you from having any wheat, rye, or barley product. Most fresh fruits, rice, corn, and yams would be allowed. You need to go over the amounts with a diabetic educator. Beans and legumes would also be tolerated.
