In brief: 100%

Basal cell carcinoma (bcc) is the best cancer to get if you are going to get a skin cancer! although it is a malignant tumor, it rarely spreads/metastasizes to other organs.
However, if left untreated it acts like a bulldozer eating its way into deeper tissue and becoming larger. Best thing to do is to have it removed completely by a fellowship trained mohs surgeon (www.Mohscollege.Org).

In brief: Near to or 100%

Bcca are generally slow growing skin cancers that very rarely metastasize.
They can be removed with several techniques and generally have a very low recurrence rate. A small basal cell carcinoma like this should rarely be a cause for concern if properly treated.

Basal cell carcinomas of the skin rarely spread.
One that size can be easily excised.

A small tumor like this poses an incredibly minute risk to mortality.
You should get this dealt with, but you should not lose any sleep over it.
