In brief: VAries
Food triggers for migraines vary greatly from person to person, but common triggers include alcohol, cheese, the flavor enhancer msg, processed meats (salami, sausages), artificial sweeteners, caffeine (especially withdrawal after missing your customary morning coffee).

In brief: Avoid stimulants
Caffeine and sugar should be avoided at all costs.
In theory, a low glycemic load diet would be the best because it would protect against rises in blood sugar which would tend to be a muscle stimulant, as would caffeine, and many believe that muscle contraction is an issue in many migraine patterns, as is red wine, which contains sulfites, which can be a trigger for headaches in many.
