With good hand washing , avoiding raw foods, undercooked meat, and eating from street vendors.
After that bismuth subsalicylate ( 2 tablets 4 times a day). Use of bismuth subsalicylate should be avoided by persons who are allergic to aspirin, during pregnancy, and by persons on certain medications, like warfarin. Routine Prophylactic antibiotics are not recommended.
