Yes, all vaccines have risks.
The vast majority of that risk is limited to simple side effects such as fever, malaise, swelling, reddness and pain. The h1n1 vaccine has no more significant of a side effect profile as any other vaccine otherwise. There has been no proven link to any other serious problem such as guillain-barre, autism, etc for h1n1 vaccine.
