When will my milk come in after birth?

3-4 days. Milk production varies by the individual, but for most women, they begin to notice an increased milk supply around the 3rd to 4th day after birth. Don't worry, though, the colostrum that is produced immediately after birth is very caloric, and is exactly what your infant needs.
2 days. Your milk will come in about 48-72 hours after birth.
