In brief: Genu Valgum

Agree with dr. Joseph bouvier, and i might add that at age 30 genu valgum may indicate a normal variant.
Valgus knees tend to have more problems in the future such as lateral meniscus tears, and development of osteoarthritis. Not much needs to be done if there is no pain. If there is pain, it could potentially be a meniscus tear. See your sports medicine orthopedist for a work up.
