Is there a good recommendation for a good ergonomic chair for low back pain?

In brief: Ergonomic chair

There is no single one that is the best.
Each person is different. The best thing is to go to a store that has them on display and actually try them out. Also if you buy see what the return policy is - if it does not work out then at least you can return the chair for an exchange or refund.

I agree and you may also want to consider the cause of your low back pain. Over time, if not addressed by treatments such as physical therapy, core strengthening and better alignment (often by manual medicine therapies such as osteopathic manipulative medicine, each episode of LBP has been shown to get slightly worse. Best thing is to start a medically recommended or supervised program to deal with the reason you are having pain. Sometimes a very slow and gentle yoga class, or pilates class, can help a great deal.
