Is it possible for numbness on your skin from a traumatic brain injury to cause an abnormal ecg?

In brief: Not directly

Numbness itself won't cause am abnormal eeg.
However the damaged area of the brain will. Remember that having a brain injury doesm't mean you don't have other causes of numbness like a nerve compression. Then your eeg would only show changes related to the brain injury.
