How long does pink eye usually last?

Treated 2- 3 days. Uncomplicated conjunctivitis treated with antibiotic drops usually resolves in 2-3 days. Treatment will extend from 5- 7 days, depending on you symptoms and how soon treatment was initiated. Untreated conjunctivitis will usually not resolve on its own.
