In brief: Yes, if immediate

It is normal to weep a small amount or watery fluid or slight blood-tinged watery fluid IMMEDIATELY after laser vein surgery (within the first couple of hours).
This is the result of the tumescent anesthesia leaking through the laser puncture site in the skin or from the puncture sites made for injecting the numbing fluid (the Xylocaine (lidocaine) / Novacaine fluid used to numb the area leaking out).

In brief: Get checked please.

May be infection which would require antibiotics.
Sometimes there is sterile phlebitis which may not need to be treated.
