In brief: Yes but uncommon

Lung cancer and malignant melanoma are more likely sources if metastatic cancer is found in the breast, but today we pathologists can tell.
If there is a dominant breast mass, it's best to have the mass or a sample sent to pathology. If you've been successfully treated for head/neck cancer, congratulations -- and good luck.
