I wake up with a stiff neck every morning. What can I do?

Get examination . If this has been going on for an extended period of time i would suggest that you get examined to find the reason. Most likely it just muscular in nature. It could be as gimle as the pillow you use or the position you sleep in. Try placing a towel wrapped around your neck, secured by a pin and se if the extra support stop your pain. If do then try getting a pillow with a neck contour for support.
