Is it possible for someone with a uterus rupture in first pregnancy to have healthy babies later?

In brief: Yes

Healthy babies are possible but, in my experience not vaginally.
C section is safer although there is some controversy about this. I would never deliver a woman with a history of a ruptured uterus vaginally. Ever.
