Too much sugar. The best way to counteract the efects of too much sugar is really to eat in a more healthly way. Eat appropriate portions. Eat a home cooked, or home prepered meal so you know hwt you are eating. Consult a dietician if needed. Get a medical check up for diabetes, or any other metabolic condition. If you have a tendency to over eat then you may want to consult a counselor for eating disorders.
