None. There are no fast home remedies. Long term management of high blood pressure would include a low salt diet and exercise.

Exercise and diet... Aerobic exercise and a low glycemic index diet will do the most to lower your BP as well as avoiding sodium (salt).
Hypertension. No magic, meditation can help with mild BP elevation, for very high BP need medication.
