Advise seeing a urologist. "Infected foeskin" is usually due to phimosis (tight foreskin) with smegma underneath . Phimosis makes foreskin retraction difficult & makes it hard to keep glanas and foreskin clean. Initially Bacitracin cream for the glans till you see your urologist. Urologist will likely recommend circumcision or steroid cream.to treat the phimosis. Circumcision is is the more definitive treatment.
