In brief: Much, much safer!

A second repeat prelabor cesarean section is 13 times less likely to result in fetal death as compared to attempted vbac! third and fourth (fifth etc) repeat prelabor cesarean sections are exponentially more dangerous for the mother but always safer for the baby when compared to attempted vbac.
Only attempt vbac if your md agrees and you want >2 more pregnancies if you accept 1/200 risk of rupture.
