Orgasms are nonexistent. Are there any treatments that might help?

Yes. It is not a simple problem. Primary anorgasmia (never had one) vs seconcary (stopped having them) is important. Change in hormones, a hooded clitoris, bad technique, and many other things may be causing a problem, most women have their first orgasm via masturbation. If that is not working either, then it's time to get help from your doctor. This can be fixed most of the time.
