If you have restless legs syndrome, are on requip, (ropinirole) and still have issues with sleep initiation, it is recommended you consult with your sleep medicine specialist to better manage your RLS and secondary sleep issues. Try to avoid caffeine prior to bedtime, and regularize your sleep time as well. Hope this helps!
