In brief: No test

These is no test available to test for homosexuality.
May i recommend talking with him instead? Reassure him that as your son you will always love him and be prepared to support him if he does confide that he is gay. Gay youths have higher rates of being bullied, suicide, and depression; knowing he has your support can make a life changing difference.

In brief: Not a Disorder

There's no test that identifies a person's sexual orientation.
If ur son is gay -primarily attracted emotionally, psychologically & sexually 2other males- he'd b the one w/the answer. If he's part of a family, community, culture &/or society that condemns individuals who're gay, he may choose 2share this w/few others, if he chose 2share this at all. In brief: You can't

There is no test for this condition.
We don't know if it is a disease, a condition, a learned behavior or what. Don't let the pc crowd influence you. If it's the way he is and the way he is supposed to be, leave him alone. This will sort itself out in time.

With all respect Dr. Harper I believe we do know that true homosexuality is NOT a disease, condition, or learned behavior and Dr. Gonzalez is accurate regarding increased risk. It's been estimated that 80% of teenage males who succeed at suicide are gay. But this group is still just a small % of gay males For the rest, who trust their parents, your advice is spot on. http://youtu.be/0_bfVvo3dd8
