In brief: Yes

Foods that are high in iron and vitamin b12.
These include red meats and dark green leafy vegetables (kale, collard greens, etc).

In brief: Basically no

Beyond eating sensibly, food choices usually have little impact on labs or particular illnesses or overall health, despite all the mumbo-jumbo talk.
If you are anemic, the cause needs to be identified. If you're iron-deficient and it's not from monthly loss / pregnancy, another caused needs to be sought. Vegetarians may have difficulty with this unless they supplement, despite some false claims.
