How should I care for mild ileitis?

In brief: It depends
If you are referring to crohn's disease, then azathioprine or Methotrexate are appropriate.
There are, however, infectious causes of ileitis. Most of these resolve spontaneously without treatment unless you are severely ill or immune compromised.
