Will it harm my 2 year old to continue breastfeeding?

In brief: Depends on situation
If you both enjoy the encounter it is fine, but be aware at this point it is more nurture than nutrition.
Some kids need more nurturing & this is a simple way to fill the need. If, however, you have to chase the child down to feed, or they squirm to get off after a fee minutes, they are signaling their desire to move on. Sometimes we have to let them leave the nest.

In brief: No.
As long as you and your toddler continue to both enjoy the breastfeeding experience there is no harm to continue to feed your child breast milk.
It would be wise to perhaps continue your prenatal vitamin while breastfeeding, to assure that your nutrition remains stable. Certainly if there are other specific concerns or questions you should consult with your routine pediatrician.
