Is it normal after refractive surgery for one pupil to dilate more than the other?

Likely not new. This is likely not something new. There is a condition some people are born with called anisocoria where one pupil is larger than the other. This can also happen from trauma or surgery to the iris later in life. As long as the difference is equal in different lighting conditions and both pupils react normally to light, there is no need for concern. See your eye doctor to be sure.
