Sleep pattern is determined by regular, sufficiently bright light exposure early in the morning.
Make sure you go outdoors early in the morning everyday to synchronize your circadian clock. Avoiding bright light (e.g. Tv, computer), caffeine, or other brain stimulants after 5pm will also help.
